We have had a great week here at PG Paper and even had a lesson in cookery from Ashoka Cook School!
The staff had a chance to try their hand at several Indian dishes including Pakora, Chicken Bhoona and Chipattis- there was even a "chipatti off" between Poonam and Puneet (Poonam would like it on record that she was the victor!).
As you can see by the pictures the food was delicious and everyone had a fantastic evening!
